General Assembly Meeting
This week, we will be hosting our general assembly with RSM on Thursday, March 28th from 6-8 p.m. in Schneider Room 1220. Students should plan on dressing business casual for this meeting. Food and refreshments will be provided for those who attend. We are also hosting our E-Board elections after RSM presents.
E-Board Elections
The following positions are available for elections; President, Vice President, Secretary, and Reporter. To run for the president and vice president positions, you must be at least a candidate. It would also be highly recommended that you have held a position on the E-Board in a previous semester, especially if you are a candidate. For the reporter position, you must be at least a candidate and be in good standing. (Please open the attached document for the bylaws section about running for E-Board positions.) We recommend preparing a short speech to give for your election and once the voting is over we will announce the new Fall 2024 E-Board.
Dress Attire
We do encourage our members to follow our Business casual dress code. We will also have a "Best Dressed" award given out at every meeting which will consist of a gift card for that week. If you need a visualization of what business casual looks like you can click the link here or the Zhang Career Center has some great information regarding business professional and business casual dress.
Tutoring
All candidates are required to complete 8 hours of tutoring throughout the semester.
Virtual tutoring will be held from 6-8pm on Mondays and Wednesdays on Teams.
You can find the link in Experience WMU or on the BAP website.
In-person tutoring will be held on Tuesdays from 6-8pm.
In-person tutoring will take place in Schneider Hall Room 1280.
