Each of the committees is overseen by an E-Board member.
Analytics and Finance
The Analytics and Finance Committee is in charge of collecting surveys from students who participate in tutoring. The committee is also responsible for providing other miscellaneous surveys throughout the semester when necessary. After collecting and analyzing data from survey responses, the committee should work together to provide innovative and effective solutions to any problems that are identified. Fundraising is a vital tool that BAP uses in order to provide a variety of activities throughout the semester. Members of this committee will also help the chapter meet it's budgetary goals while coming up with creative solutions to meet the fiscal needs of the chapter. This committee will also help to schedule and promote fundraising events that are taking place.
BAP National and Regional
The BAP National and Regional Committee is in charge of identifying goals that the organization will pursue as a whole and work toward maintaining high standards that the organization has already established. This committee will strive to find ways to uphold the values of Beta Alpha Psi as an organization, while looking to other chapters to identify things that our chapter can improve upon. The committee is also responsible for preparing and submitting the application for the Regional Meeting Presentations, as well as developing the presentations. Students who work on the Regional Meeting Presentations will have priority for conference attendance and funding.
Diversity
Globalization has been taking place for the last several years, and today's college graduates must be able to think open-mindedly with multiple perspectives. The Diversity Committee will be in charge of shaping Beta into an organization that leads with inclusivity in mind. The committee will strive to find ways to encourage and promote diversity within the chapter.
Outreach
Beta Alpha Psi is an organization that places high value on community involvement. The Outreach Committee will schedule and promote community service events for the chapter to participate in. The Outreach Committee should also work toward planning community service events with local companies and other registered student organizations.
Social Media and Photography
The Social Media and Photography Committee is in charge of promoting Beta Alpha Psi through a variety of different channels. Attracting new members and showcasing the values of the chapter through flyers, social media, and social events is an integral component of the organization. The Social Media and Photography Committee will use the resources at its disposal to plan an engaging social event and promote the chapter to the general student body. The Social Media and Photography Committee will also be in charge of greeting and guiding employers and professionals that attend our meetings. This committee will also schedule food orders for the weekly general assembly meetings. The committee should strive to provide a variety of food types throughout the semester, while being conscientious of the chapter's budgetary restrictions. The committee is also responsible for the Beta Buddies program and developing our alumni relations initiatives.
