Each of the committees is overseen by an E-Board member.
Analytics and Finance
The Analytics and Finance Committee is in charge of collecting surveys from students who participate in tutoring. The committee is also responsible for providing other miscellaneous surveys throughout the semester when necessary. After collecting and analyzing data from survey responses, the committee should work together to provide innovative and effective solutions to any problems that are identified. Fundraising is a vital tool that BAP uses in order to provide a variety of activities throughout the semester. Members of this committee will also help the chapter meet it's budgetary goals while coming up with creative solutions to meet the fiscal needs of the chapter. This committee will also help to schedule and promote fundraising events that are taking place.
BAP National and Midyear
The BAP National and Regional Committee is in charge of identifying goals that the organization will pursue as a whole and work toward maintaining high standards that the organization has already established. This committee will strive to find ways to uphold the values of Beta Alpha Psi as an organization, while looking to other chapters to identify things that our chapter can improve upon. The committee is also responsible for preparing and submitting the application for the Regional Meeting Presentations, as well as developing the presentations. Students who work on the Regional Meeting Presentations will have priority for conference attendance and funding.
Community Service
The BAP Community Service Committee is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing service initiatives that allow the chapter to make a meaningful impact within the local community. This committee will brainstorm new service opportunities, coordinate events with community partners, and continually seek ways to expand and improve the chapter’s involvement in service. In addition, the committee will evaluate past events to identify areas for improvement and ensure that community service efforts align with the values and mission of Beta Alpha Psi. Through these efforts, the committee helps strengthen relationships within the community while promoting leadership, teamwork, and service among members.
Communications and Engagement
The BAP Communications & Engagement Committee manages the chapter’s communication efforts by overseeing social media, promoting events, and keeping members informed and engaged. The committee also highlights members and community partners involved in service and professional activities, helping strengthen connections within the chapter and the broader community.
End of Year Alumni Event
The BAP End-of-the-Year Alumni Event Committee is responsible for planning and coordinating the chapter’s alumni event and banquet. This committee works to strengthen relationships between current members and alumni by organizing an engaging, professional event that celebrates the chapter’s achievements and fosters long-term connections within the Beta Alpha Psi network. It was also help to celebrate the initiations of new members and E-board, serving as a great end of the year celebration.
