Please use this form to nominate any Member or Candidate (including yourself) to any available E-Board position.
Please have all nominations submitted by Monday, November 18th at 11:59pm.
We will vote on the nominations at our meeting on November 21st.
President:
The president calls and presides at meetings of the chapter and of the executive board and seek to promote the welfare of the chapter and Beta Alpha Psi.
Vice President:
Serve as the main point of contact between BAP and local firms, schedule weekly meetings, plan semester-end banquet, coordinate STAR training, mock interviews and Meet the Firms, and act in the President’s place when he/she is absent.
Secretary:
Serve as the communicator between the E-Board and the rest of the organization, track meeting minutes, prepare “thank you letters”, draft and e-mail weekly newsletter.
Reporter:
Track candidate and member hours, order certificates, update membership on the reporting intranet, prepare commencement lists, prepare name tags, track membership attendance, track reaching out activities, prepare beginning of year report, and prepare chapter workbook and submit for end of year report.
Treasurer:
Track membership dues and payments, order and pay for meeting food, and prepare and submit chapter tax return.
Community Service Director:
Plan and coordinate community service events throughout the semester. Keep record of students that attended each of the community service events.
