General Assembly Meeting Info

This week's meeting will be held at our normal meeting time- tomorrow at 6:00 PM in room 1360. During the meeting we  will complete committee training, have a brief discussion with Dr. Ola Smith regarding tutoring, and get a head count of all members and candidates in order to set up Beta Buddies. The dress for tomorrow's meeting will be BUSINESS PROFESSIONAL. Dinner will be catered by Hunan Gardens. Please remember that members, candidates, and exploratory members are required to attend all meetings.

Upcoming Deadlines

The deadline to submit your Member, Candidate, or Exploratory Member application is TOMORROW JANUARY 26TH. Please submit your application as soon as possible.

The deadline for dues is THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 9TH. If for some reason you are unable to meet this deadline please make arrangements with Tyler.

Dues for:
Members: $55.00
Candidates: $85.00
Exploratory Members: $30.00

Tutoring

In order for candidates to be initiated into Beta Alpha Psi, they must have 20 tutoring hours completed by the end of the semester. Tutoring is from 5:00 - 7:00 PM in room 1280 on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. It is important that candidates begin to come to tutoring sessions as soon as possible, so that you don't get behind with your hours

Plante Moran Office Visit

The Plante Moran office visit will be held on Thursday, February 2nd (one week from tomorrow). The dress-code for the Plante Moran office visit is BUSINESS PROFESSIONAL. 

Two time-slots for the visit will be offered- 6:00 PM or 7:00 PM. Sign up sheets will be available at tomorrow's meeting. If you are in need of transportation to the office, please make note of this on the sign up sheet.

For all incoming candidates and exploratory members- please plan to have your photo for the BAP website taken tomorrow before the meeting. Photos will be taken by the BAP banner after you have swiped in. Also take some time to fill out your profile information (see below).
