General Assembly Meeting
This week we will be hosting nine firms for our Meet the Firms Kickoff event. There will be five stations that students will be rotating between, and each station will be primarily focused on a single topic. The stations with each employer are listed below, along with each topic. Two employers will be at each station. Please plan on the meeting starting right at 6:00 PM. Since the event is designed to prepare students for Meet the Firms, we ask that you please dress business professional. We encourage students to ask as many questions as possible to better prepare for Meet the Firms. Pizza from Cottage Inn will be provided.

Station 3 - Introductions / Elevator Speech - Seber Tans PLC, and Hungorford Nicholas

Dues
The deadline for member dues is September 14th. Candidate and Exploratory dues deadline is September 19th. You WILL NOT be able to enter Meet the Firms at 6:00 p.m. before the general public, if you have not yet paid your dues. If you are unable to pay your dues, for whatever reason, or need to make arrangements, please do not hesitate to reach out to an E-Board member or our Faculty Advisor, Dr. Cari Burke. The scholarship deadline is September 14th.

Plante Moran will be hosting an office visit on Friday, September 21st from 1:00 - 2:30 p.m., and 2:30 - 4:00 p.m. You must sign up to attend this event. The event is business casual. A sign up sheet will be available at the check in table Thursday, September 13th. Click the link to signup if you need a ride to this event.

All students are welcome to come and get a professional headshot taken on Thursday, September 13th from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00p.m. in the Deans Conference Room of Schneider Hall.
BDO Information Table
BDO will be on campus Thursday, September 13th, from 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. They will be located in Schiender Hall near the Cafe. Be sure to stop by and say hello.
Meet the Firms Volunteers
For the upcoming career fair, we are looking for volunteers to help greet employers entering Meet the Firms. This will require students to assist with carrying things to the employers assigned table, and ensuring that they are in the correct parking lot. There will be a signup sheet at the check in table Thursday, September 13th.

Tutoring
All candidates are required to complete 2 hours of tutoring per week throughout the semester. Tutoring will be held from 5:00p.m. - 7:00p.m. in Schneider Hall. Tuesday tutoring is in room 1220 and Wednesday tutoring is in room 1280.
In the upcoming weeks tutoring will expand and be available during the day in the accounting department on the third floor. There will be a signup sheet at the check-in table for time slots to tutor each week. All candidates are required to signup. Applications & Registration
If you are a returning member, please go to the Member Registration form to download and read the information packet as well as fill out all fields in the form. The application deadline is September 14th. You WILL NOT be able to enter Meet The Firms before the general public if you do not fill out the registration.
All other students interested in applying an Exploratory participant or a Candidate, please download and read the information packet found on the Candidate and Exploratory Application page and fill in the fields to the corresponding form. The application deadline is September 19th. You WILL NOT be able to enter Meet The Firms before the general public if you do not fill out the application and have your dues paid. Habitat for Humanity
The first community service event is now up on the website. Habitat for Humanity is Saturday, September 29th, from
