General Assembly Meeting
At this week's meeting we will be hosting Crowe Horwath, and they will be facilitating the Excel Workshop. Please remember to bring your laptop to this meeting. Make sure that you have the updated version of Excel downloaded on your computer before the meeting. The dress-code for tomorrow's meeting will be the BAP polos paired with dress-pants. Dinner will be served from Erbellis. We will also have E-Board nominations tomorrow, and the E-Board will be presenting possible amendments for the chapter to consider. If you are thinking about running or would like to nominate someone, please see the list of open positions.
Mock Interviews
We are in the process of making the final schedule for the Mock Interviews that will take place on Friday, April 7th. Kaitlyn will be sending out an email with the final scheduled time-slots this Friday.
Tutoring
In order for candidates to be initiated into Beta Alpha Psi, they must have 20 tutoring hours completed by the end of the semester. Tutoring is from 5:00 - 7:00 PM in room 1280 on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

The open E-Board positions for the Fall 2017 semester are as follows:

There is a new community service event with Habitat for Humanity available. Please go to the community service page to read the details, and to sign up for the event. Wesley will be providing more details about the event at tomorrow's meeting. The semester will soon be coming to a close, so it is important to get your hours in as soon as possible!

Daniel Lopez
Major: Accountancy/Finance Career Interests: Finish my undergraduate with a double major in Accountancy & Finance in order to be CPA eligible. Continue onto my MSA from WMU and go on to get my Doctoral in Accountancy from MSU. Go on to work for Fortune Top 500 company and use my skills for international accounting. When will you be CPA eligible? May-18 Hobbies: Soccer fanatic, traveling, volunteering, reading, spending time with family & good friends. |

Jacob Haynes
Major: Finance, Accountancy Career Interests: I am mainly interested in corporate finance but also pursuing a degree in accountancy to help my goal of one day becoming a CFO. When Will you be CPA Eligible? Spring 2019 Hobbies: Playing any sport I can although not competitively, watching most of the major sport leagues, music, and many others. |
