BDO Office Visit
This week Thursday, October 25th, BDO will be hosting an office visit. This event is business causal. It is considered a general assembly meeting. Click here for more information and to sign up for the BDO office visit. If you need a ride OR can provide a ride, please register at http://www.groupcarpool.com/t/d0sn3k. Unless you arrange otherwise, all carpool pickups and drop-offs will be at the Schneider Hall/HCoB circle drive.

Thursday, November 1, from 6-8:00 p.m. is the Beta Alpha Psi Alumni Mixer. Many of you have not yet registered for the event. Please note the Alumni mixer is considered a regular BAP meeting. Click the link to update your information. We would like to have email addresses other than WMich so we can reach out to everyone post graduation at Western Michigan.

All of the community service events for the semester are posted on the website. You must sign up prior to attending.
Rickman House - Sunday, November 11th 3:00pm-5:00pm Veteran's Event - Sunday, November 11th 3:00pm-5:00pm If you still need to complete volunteer hours please reach out to Maggie Blair by email at [email protected]. During the month of November, we will be collecting winter gear (hats, gloves, scarves, socks). Donated items will go to Lakeside Juvenile Center and the Detroit Gospel Mission. Collection will be on November 8th and 15th. See Maggie Blair or Felicia Ayalew for more information. All volunteer hours must be achieved through BAP volunteer events, so make sure you're signing up! Tax Internship Opportunity
Houser & Associates is seeking two to three accountancy interns for the upcoming tax season. Even though the posting is open through December, they are hoping to schedule interviews ASAP, so be sure to get your application in very soon! Tutoring
All candidates are required to complete 2 hours of tutoring each week throughout the semester. Tutoring will be held from 5:00PM - 7:00PM in Schneider Hall. Tuesday tutoring is in room 1220 and Wednesday tutoring is in room 1280.
There will be individual tutoring in the Accountancy Department Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Click here for the BAP Tutoring Orientation Handbook. We will be providing upper level tutoring sessions at the following dates and times:
Wednesday, October 24th Wednesday, November 7th, Tuesday, November 28th All sessions will be held from 5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. in either room 1280 (Wednesday's) or 1220 (Tuesday's).
