This week we will be hosting Rehmann at the general assembly meeting. They will be presenting on leadership skills for success. The will be providing us with Chicken Bakes from Costco. The event is business casual. Please note that Spring break starts with Sprit day on Friday, March 2. Everything is still scheduled regularly for Thursday, March 1st.

Service Hour Deadline
Each Member and Candidate needs 8 hours of volunteer hours per semester. The deadline for required service hours will be Saturday, April 14th, 2018. All hours need to be a completed with a Beta Alpha Psi sponsored event. If you have any questions email our Community Service Officer Micheal VanScooder III, at [email protected].
For anyone who is a VITA Volunteer, print out the form to track your hours and get it signed by Cheri before the deadline that hours need to be completed. Beta Buddies Assignments
This week you will be meeting with your Beta Buddies to ensure everyone is on track to get their required hours. Also to make sure you are aware of the STAR Training assignments. Be sure to sit with your buddies at the beginning of the meeting.

Tutoring
In order for candidates to be initiated into Beta Alpha Psi, they must have 20 tutoring hours completed by the end of the semester. Tutoring is from 5:00 - 7:00 PM in room 1280 on Tuesdays and in room 1360 on Wednesdays. It is important that candidates begin to come to tutoring sessions as soon as possible, so that hours are completed on time.
If regularly scheduled tutoring times do not work for you, please contact a faculty advisor. STAR Training
Below is the list for the STAR Training with the career center. Attending a workshop is mandatory. The dress-code for the workshops is casual. Please arrive at the career center promptly at your scheduled time. Thursday's STAR Training will be in Schneider 1360. Please prepare to eat before or after the workshop, no food will be provided.
