General Assembly Meeting 

At this week's general assembly meeting, Thursday, April 12,  we will be hosting The Dow Chemical Company. This event will be business casual. Food will be provided from Popeye's.  Once you arrive to the meeting, go directly into your committees. We will be working in committees for the first hour. Candidates in good standing, be sure to stay after the meeting to do a run through for the banquet next week.

​Service Hour Deadline

Each Member and Candidate needs 8 hours of volunteer hours per semester. The deadline for required service hours will be Saturday, April 14th, 2018. All hours need to be a completed with a Beta Alpha Psi sponsored event. If you have any questions email our Community Service Officer Michael VanScoder III,  at [email protected].

For anyone who is a VITA Volunteer, print out the form to track your hours and get it signed by Cheri before the deadline that hours need to be completed. ​

There will be a sign up sheet at the meeting for individuals to cover tutoring next Tuesday and Wednesday, April 17 and 18, from 5-7:00 p.m.

Tutoring

​In order for candidates to be initiated into Beta Alpha Psi, they must have 20 tutoring hours completed by Wednesday, April 11. Tutoring is from 5:00 - 7:00 PM in room 1280 on Tuesdays and in room 1360 on Wednesdays from 5:00-8:00 PM. All tutoring hours must be from Beta Alpha Psi tutoring.

If regularly scheduled tutoring times do not work for you, please contact a faculty advisor.

Relay for Life

This Friday, April 13, is Relay for Life. Reminder that this is a 24 hour event. No food will be provided. We are still looking for fundraising for this event. Please spread the word to your family and social media sites to help raise money.
